How do I book my tickets?
No need to choose dates when you subscribe! Subscribers enjoy a two-week priority booking period for each production before tickets go on sale to the general public.  Simply contact OvationTix to book your seats, or go to mcctheater.org/book.

May I bring friends?
Yes. You may purchase guest tickets through OvationTix at a reduced rate. Plus, you will never pay a fee on any guest ticket purchase. If you have friends who are also subscribers, you may sit together simply by placing your reservations at the same time. Just call OvationTix at (212) 352-3101.

Where is a good place to eat in the neighborhood?
Another benefit of your MCC Theater subscription is that the very best restaurants in the West Village will offer you 15% off your bill. Click here for a list of currently participating restaurants.

What if I need to reschedule my reservation once it’s been made?
Just call OvationTix at (212) 352-3101 with your new date preference. As a subscriber, you have the ability to reschedule previously booked tickets with no fees. If you already missed your original performance, please contact audienceservices@mcctheater.org, or (212) 727-7722 ext. 224. All ticket exchanges will be accommodated based on availability.

How can I confirm my reservation?
If you have been given a confirmation number from OvationTix, your reservation is confirmed. If you would like to double check for any reason, you may do so by calling OvationTix at (212) 352-3101.

When can I book my tickets?
Notification will be sent 3-4 weeks prior to the first performance of each production, letting you know that the subscriber booking period has begun.

Where are my tickets?
Once you have booked through OvationTix, your tickets will be held at the Lucille Lortel Theatre Box Office ("will-call"). You may pick them up on the day of your performance.

What is the layout of The Lucille Lortel Theatre?

Where is the nearest parking garage?
MCC Theater Subscribers receive discounted parking at Apple West 11th Street Garage, (212) 741-9079, located at 322 West 11th Street (btw. Greenwich and Washington). Click here for a map. Present your MCC Theater ticket stubs from that day’s performance to receive $5 off.
